The majority of SEA Roots language-learners are seeking more than instruction—they are seeking ways to reconnect with language, culture, and community in ways that feel authentic, supportive, and affirming.

 

The demand for scholarships has increased, and we are raising funds to help cover the cost of scholarship support for our Spring 2026 SEA Roots Level II online language classes in: Khmer, Hmong, Lao and Vietnamese

 

To reduce barriers to access, scholarships are available, with **preference given to community members facing immigration-related challenges.

 

Contributions through the SEADS of Love Campaign directly support learners, instructors, and the sustainability of heritage language education rooted in care and community.
